It’s becoming widely accepted that stress and tension affect the body directly, and if left unchecked, can go on to cause some quite serious diseases.
 
If you’re suffering from fatigue, irritability, the inability to sleep, forgetfulness, recurring headaches or general aches and pains, you could be suffering from stress - and these symptoms are just some of the ways your body has of asking for help.
 
Many people turn to habit-forming drugs like tobacco and alcohol to cope with stress, or to painkillers to relieve the symptoms of stress.
 
None of these is a long-term solution.
