Covid flowers
Unfortunately due to covid 19 I am not able to offer any massage treatment at the moment. Sadly this is also a time when we could all do with it more than ever, I must say that I am personally missing it hugely, as I find it an essential way to relax, recharge and keep any aches and pains at bay.

If you need some kind of support in the meantime, I have personally found the following very helpful and can highly recommend ;

Bach Flower Remedies
Bach Flower Remedies for a variety of emotional support, whether it be fear, loneliness, depression, worry about loved ones, feeling ‘stuck’, unable get motivated or stay focussed, make decisions, or absolute terror or shock. Please click on the link below for more information about this incredible remedy. (I know I find it particularly useful, usually the Scleranthus for making decisions!) if you need any advice please get in touch by sending an email to and I’m happy to offer my limited knowledge or recommend someone who does it professionally.

Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy, I can highly recommend this treatment, which can help with a variety of issues including insomnia, help with weight loss, stress, OCD and many more things, it’s also extremely relaxing. Sarah Moore is very easy to talk to and is doing online appointments at the moment for a reduced rate. Please click on the link below for more information or get in touch with her via email.

Mobility
Tom Morrison ‘The Simplistic Mobility Method’ is great if you have pain and ongoing structural problems. You can sign up for a course with him for £54, which you get to keep. I haven’t done this ‘yet’, but I did a couple of his exercises that were free on Facebook, which I have to say helped me enormously with the sciatica I’ve had for the last 8 months that nothing else would shift, difficult and painful to do initially but boy did they work :)

I wish you all well and hope you stay safe and I’m very much looking forward to seeing you again as soon as it’s safe to do so.
